Cork GAA Gaeltacht Scholarships to Coláiste na Mumhan

Scholarships to the Gaeltacht at Coláiste na Mumhan are available to students between the ages of 10 and 18 years of age, who are active members of their clubs. The Scholarship reduces the prices of the three-week course (Cúrsa A) by €180 and the two-week course (Cúrsa B) by €120. On Sunday Valley Rovers U21 Footballers took on Nemo Rangers in Brinny in the first round of the Glenville tournament. Nemo made the better start kicking the opening two points. Valleys responded by kicking the next four point To lead 0-4 to 0-2 after 20 minutes, Nemo upped their game scoring 1-1, Valleys kicked the last point of the half. It left the half time score Valley Rovers 0-5 Nemo Rangers 1-3. Valleys made the better start to the second half scoring the opening three points of the half, Nemo fought back scoring the next four points...

2014 was another very successful year in terms of visitors to our website www.valleyrovers.com. Since the website was launched it has been attracting more visitors year on year. We would like to thank everyone for this. In 2014 we had 40,209 visits with 96,560 pages viewed. This was well up on the 2013 figure of 31,334 visits (source Google Analytics). We thank you for your loyalty and we are also hugely grateful to everyone that supplies information for the website. Hopefully 2015 will be even more successful....

Silver Jubilee Of Winning the Intermediate Hurling County

AS 2014 draws to a close we look back 25 Years ago to when Valley Rovers won the Intermediate Hurling County defeating Kilbrittian in Pairc Ui Caoimh in a High Scoring Final which resulted in the club playing Senior Hurling.
