Chris O'Leary the Hero for UCC

Well done to Valley Rovers Chris O'Leary who turned in a virtuoso performance for UCC tonight in the Semi Final of the Fitzgibbon Cup.  

Chris described by former Waterford manager Derek McGrath as similar to Clare legend Seanie McMahon, had a moment every boy dreams of, when he stepped up to a last minute penalty, to score a goal to win the game by a point after extra time on a score of  2-17 to 0-22 for UCC. 

Aside from the winning goal Chris gave an incredible performance and everyone in Valley Rovers is so delighted for and proud of Chris. 

Well done to Chris and we wish him the best of luck in the Final!
