Valley Rovers GAA History
Valley Rovers are in the process of gathering information with the view of recording the History of Gaelic games in the parish in a book.
This project is covering all aspects of Gaelic games, including all teams that played in the parish during the years; Innishannon, Knockavilla, Castlelack, BallyMurphy and Upton.
We are looking to include Hurling Football, Camogie and Ladies Football also.
We need your Help!!
If you have any memorabilia, pictures, old medals, old minute books, old AGM reports (prior to 200) etc in your possession or equally important, any historical information we would greatly appreciate if you would share it with us.

that you can email any items if you wish

On Saturday 3rd March we will be in Innishannon Hall (downstairs) from 5pm to 8pm where people can come and bring interesting items and we will scan them and you can take your items home again. If someone has many items and they want us to come to your house to copy them that can be arranged also.
All information is welcome and we will endeavor to include as many items as possible.
