VALLEY ROVERS

On Monday night 11th July Valleys played Senior Football championship Vs Na Piarsaigh. Sadly for Valley Rovers this resulted in defeat on a scoreline NaPiarsaigh 1-07 to Valleys 0-08.In an even contest throughout Valleys trailed at Half time 0-07 to 0-04 and despite holding Na Piarsaighs to just one score in the second half they could not edge ahead. This result has ended Valleys interest in the Senior Football championship and they must now face Dohenys in the relegation Final with the prize for the winners Senior Football for 2012. The loser will be playing Premier Intermediate Football in 2012. Valleys lined out Vs NaPiarsaigh as follows
